TAŞIT SERVİS was founded to provide service logistics for Horoz Forwarding Group in 1991 and achieved to be the first dealer for Sales, Services, Spare Parts and Second Hand Sales Dealer of RENAULT TRUCKS in accordance with its growth targets of group in automatic sector in 1997.

In parallel with the strategy to fulfill all requirements of customers, a dealership agreement was concluded with OTOKAR Company for the sales and services of FRUEHAUF brand in 2001. As a result of the efforts initiated to boost our service quality, ISO 9001 Quality Certificate was acquired at the end of 2008 and a new sight was brought into Heavy Vehicle Service Sector.

In 2009, an agreement was undersigned for Authorized Sales of TRUCKPLUS brand in Istanbul established by RENAULT TRUCKS in Europe.

RENAULT TRUCKS AUTHORIZED SALES

Having sold about 17% of available vehicle parks of RENAULT TRUCKS in entire Turkey with 2.415 units of vehicle sales until today, our company will also keep on contributing to growing targets in its showroom of 300 square meters newly opened.

OTOKAR TRAILER DEALERSHIP

Offering sales and services for Fruehauf and Otokar brand products as produced by Otokar since 2001, our company is the dealer with the highest sales volume in its related region thanks to 165 sales in average for the last 3 years.

SERVICING

Serving in an indoor area of total 3.200 m2, our service department, holder of TSE 12047 certificate, offers all kinds of maintenance, repair and damaged vehicle services for commercial vehicles and trailers. While our company allows our customers get focused on their main deeds with maintenance-repair agreements based on kilometers, it also assists customers save up to 15% in total repair costs thanks to mutual works.

SPARE PART SALES ACTIVITIES

Thanks to our spare part management program OPTİPARTS, spare part availability rate was achieved at 89,2% beyond European standards. Under provision agreements with insurance companies, cost-efficient repair opportunities were provided with original spare parts and the advantage of such cost-efficiency was also reflected to motor insurance prices.

TRUCKPLUS SECOND HAND SALES ACTIVITIES

Offering this service to its customers since 2001, our company has made an important step into fulfilling needs of wider masses owing to Truckplus system adopted in 2009. A trail will be blazed in second hand market with warranted second hand sales upcoming.
